ABOUT

Brian Carrier is the Senior Trial Attorney at the Kajy Law Firm with over 30 years of experience representing clients who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents. He has also successfully defended those wrongfully charged with felonies and misdemeanors. Brian is well known and respected through Michigan’s judiciary.

In 1986, Brian obtained his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, before obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1989. He is a member in good standing with the Michigan State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan as well as the United States Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit.

Brian is happily married and has a daughter who recently became an M.D. and is following in her mother’s footsteps by pursuing her career in anesthesia. He also has two sons who attended UM (for computer engineering) and MSU (for economics). Brian is a strong believer in helping those in need and has been seen handing out meals and coffee at soup kitchens, delivering Thanksgiving meals to the needy, and being a part of the “Rake and Run” group to scout the local neighborhoods for the elderly in need of having their yards cleaned of fall leaves. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his grandson and fishing.
