Victor is a member in good standing in the Michigan State Bar and is admitted to federal practice in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Since becoming an attorney, Victor has enjoyed assignments as plaintiff’s counsel, defense counsel, as the trier of fact (as a worker’s compensation magistrate), and as an insurance claims examiner. Accordingly, he has a unique, experienced based perspective when handling contested matters having been on all sides of the equation.
